A strategic human resources leader, researcher and consultant with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience, helping organizations build high performing workplaces through evidence based people strategies and practical leadership support.
He holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Manchester, is a PhD candidate at Royal Roads University, and is a standing member of the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
